Bowlin’s Hunting Supplies Refund & Return Policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened product for a full refund or exchange within 15 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packages. Shipping costs are not refunded on a return. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

To return your product just follow the simple steps below. Contact the store to start a return.

  1. Send the unused product to us in its original packaging within 15 days. Please include your sales receipt and a contact phone number.

  1. Tell us in writing exactly what is wrong with your product and explain what you are looking for.  Please let us know if you would like a refund or an exchange.  Once you have shipped the item, please call us at 423-736-6861 to notify us that the product is on its way back.

  1. Once we receive the product, we will issue an exchange or refund, which ever you prefer. Shipping is nonrefundable unless the product is defective. If the product is not defective and you wish to exchange, please include a check or money order for shipping the new item back to you. The shipping cost is listed on your original sales receipt.
  2. For items that are not working properly, please call the store to get additional information on where to return the product.
