When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Orders are shipped within 48 business hours. If you have not received your package within 5 business days, please contact us. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Shipping rates on Diamond Deluxe dog boxes: Shipping rates on dog boxes will depend on which box plus your location. All boxes are shipped by FedEx freight and must ship to either a business with a loading dock or pickup at your nearest FedEx terminal. To get pricing on shipping, contact the store.

Always check the condition and number of cartons against the freight bill and packing slip at time of delivery. DO NOT SIGN FOR THE DOG BOX IF THERE IS DAMAGE. The customer must note damage(s) on the delivery receipt at the time of acceptance. Trucking companies may not help us out if it isn’t noted at time of delivery. Notify us immediately upon discovery of any damage.
